6) PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

All information, reports, content and access rights purchased on the Website are non-refundable. We, as merchant, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the refusal of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the predefined limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. The order, once processed, cannot be cancelled.

7) ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS

This Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party or by you. Either party may terminate the Agreement by notifying the other party by telephone or email of the decision to terminate. 4theglory may discontinue or change the Website or its availability to you, at any time. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Website and supersedes any and all other agreements, oral or written, with respect to the Website. The Site's failure to insist upon strict performance of any term of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver with respect to any subsequent failure to comply with such term or provision.
